Printmaking is at the heart of Super Seconds Festival! In 2020, Sophie had the idea for Super Seconds after screen printing a whole stack of t-shirts that went only slightly wrong! Whether it’s folded corners or slight smudging, Super Seconds Festival has been a place for printmakers to find new homes for their perfectly imperfect prints ever since! Here are some lovely printmakers to shop with at this festival:
Booba Prints
Sivan was inspired to start printmaking by a desire to create art with her hands, off screens. She makes cute, lighthearted prints to brighten up your space inspired by cats, plants and nature. All her work is created by hand in small batches with as many eco-friendly materials involved in the process as possible!

Chris Williams Artist
In 2018, Chris fell in love with the printmaking process, and his work has developed from there to now include ink sketches and paintings. His art is inspired by the beauty of the British coast and countryside and his printmaking techniques are influenced by his love of English and Japanese woodcut prints.

Curious Inky Me
Claire’s prints are infused with the flowing lines of the Art Nouveau style and are a celebration of the seasons and the lessons that nature offers. With over 20 years experience in traditional printmaking, she achieves vibrancy through her work by intentionally leaving the expressive marks of the process visible in the final print. This is layered with a rich use of colour, to create prints that appear full of movement and ready for your walls!

Danielle East ART
The growth of Danielle’s interest in art and photographic processes led to her choosing Cyanotype. This photographic process uses sunlight to create a distinctive cyan blue and white image which she uses for her work inspired by the Norfolk countryside and coastline and the flowers she grows in her garden.

Genealityart
Beverly created Genealityart 10 years ago with the aim to bring joy, inspire creativity and document the world. With a diverse background in mural painting, games design and printmaking, her work features bold lines, hand-drawn type and a maximalist mash-up of patterns and symbols.

The 11th Super Seconds Festival is taking place on March 7th & 8th, where you’ll be able to grab a bargain with 250 independent makers, all online! Check out the full list of makers here!
