Terms and Conditions

By applying as a maker to Super Seconds Festival™, you agree to these terms:

1. Eligibility & listing

• You are an independent maker and/or designer.
• Selection is at the discretion of the festival organisers and you will find out shortly if you have been accepted. 
• We have the right to edit or remove a listing.

2. Fees & Participation

• The participation fee is non-refundable. 
• Makers handle their own transactions, orders, and customer service via their own website.
• The festival is not responsible for sales performance, disputes, or order fulfillment.
• We will use your email address to contact you about your involvement – this will usually be once a week. 

3. Product & Pricing

• Items must be discounted compared to regular retail pricing.
• Imperfections must be clearly described.

4. Marketing

• Photos provided may be used in promotion – including social media posts, newsletters and on the website.
• You give permission for us to publish what you submit.
• By submitting photos you confirm that you own the rights to all photos submitted and therefore own the copyright.
